Hi Alysa, first of all, thanks for sharing your experience with us. I agree with you 100% that both students and instructors need to know a piece of knowledge to use the LMS system to get a great result. When the pandemic hit and people from different levels were forced to use LMS, many confusions that happened, but with few practicing, everyone got familiar with the system.
